The pressure is different between steam and coffee process. We recommend to wait for the temperature down after using steamer, then brew coffee.
The steam may still remains inside the portafilter after brewing, so the extra coffee will slowly drip out, we suggest that wait 15~20s after turning off.
Please clean it after each use. When clean the machine, be careful of the heat and not to be hurt.
