The Cook N Home 12-Inch Nonstick Stir Fry Wok Pan, Green Marble Pattern, 30cm is made of thick gauge aluminum that provides even/quick heat conduction and prevents hot spots. The coating is cadmium and lead-free. Induction compatible and works on gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. Please do not use metal utensils as they may scratch the nonstick coating. Over-heating may damage the nonstick coating. Putting a hot pan in cold water may reduce nonstick coating lifespan. See further details in the use and care manual.
