Cleaning Note:
-Upon receiving the brand new meat grinder machine please wash and clean the grinding plate, cutting blade, hopper, auger, and auger housing before use.
-The hard carbon steel grinding plate should be dried after cleaning and applied your choice of oil (Edible). If not intending to use for a period of time we also recommend doing this for the the other parts if possible to maintain the best quality and longevity of your meat processing helper.
-Maintenance: Hand wash only, we recommend towel dry the parts thoroughly and apply food-grade oils to the steel parts to avoid rust.
